The rare decays $B\to\phi\rho (\pi)$, $B\to\phi\omega$ and $B\to\omega\pi^0$ receive only color suppressed penguin contributions with a very small branching ratio in the standard model. When we include the previously neglected electromagnetic dipole operator, the branching ratios of $B\to\phi\rho $, $B\to\phi\omega $ decays could be enhanced by two orders of magnitude higher to $10^{-7}$. But the $B\to\phi\pi$ and $B\to\omega\pi^0$ decays branching ratios remain tiny without such contribution due to the transversely polarized photon.
