The treatment of coronary artery disease (CAD) in patients with combined pathology of peripheral arteries who are to perform endovascular or surgical interventions is a difficult task. The most important issues are the adequate diagnostics of artery systems’ lesions, determining the most optimal strategy and stages of treatment.
