In our previous study, we found that horizontal ocular deviation (OD) was significantly increased in patients with unilateral vestibular neuritis (VN). This study is aimed to compare the measurements of horizontal OD in various diseases which can present as acute vertigo in the emergency department. We retrospectively reviewed patients who visited the emergency department and underwent brain MRI due to acute vertigo.
