BackgroundTo improve the quality of diagnosing pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), WHO recommends the use of rapid molecular testing as an alternative to conventional microscopic methods. Loop-mediated isothermal amplification assay (LAMP test) is a practical and cost-effective nucleic amplification technique.
