In this study,76 transcription factor genes within MYB gene family were identified. According to their structural characteristics, these MYB genes were divided into two categories, i.e.R2R3-MYB and R1R2R3-MYB.Based on the Prot Param, Soft Berry,MEGA7.0 and other online softwares were applied for bioinformatics analyses,such as physical and chemical properties,subcellular localization,and system evolution. According to their MYB conserved domain numbers,76 spinach (Spinacia oleracea) MYB genes were identified and divided into two subgroups,2R-MYB (72) and R1R2R3-MYB(4).
