Introduction: Cerebral proliferative angiopathies (CPAs) are rare forms of cerebral vascular malformations depicted with multiple, austerely enlarged arterial feeders supplying a lobar or hemispheric angiomatosis. We present a unique case of CPA in whom dysarthria and nonspecific headaches were the only symptomology. Also, the detection of CPA in a 62-years-old female is very rare and seldomly reported in literature. Case presentation: A 62-years-old female was admitted at your facility due to 3 days history of dysarthria and long-standing nonspecific headaches with no seizures.
