The scientific article presents the results of the different biomaterials and their combinations for the substitution of the defects of the alveolar process of perforation of the maxillary sinus after surgical and endodontic interventions. Just the observation of 84 patients. The results showed that the use of biomaterials in blocks, crumbs, gel and developed new ways bone grafting allows to achieve rapid recovery of patients on average 2-3 days, to prevent postoperative inflammatory complications, to reduce the recurrence of the disease
