The use of high-tech in endodontics has changed our understanding of the root canal treatment. 3D microscope and diagnostics, ultrasonic, machine tools for processing channels, high-quality irrigation and, finally, a three-dimensional obturation of hot gutta percha. This is the components of a successful endodontic treatment. In the article the clinical case illustrates the possibility of comprehensive application of these technologies.
