The problem of providing dental care to patients with cancer has been and remains very relevant. According to the National Cancer Institute, in Ukraine there are more than a million people suffering from cancer. Every 3-4 men and every fifth woman are at risk of developing cancer. Studies of the state of the oral cavity in this category of patients have established a high prevalence of dental diseases and, as a result, a significant need for dental care (1, 2).
