SOME THEORETICAL ISSUES ON TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Distinctive features of the methodology of teaching Russian as foreign language, as well as the description of the new textbook of Russian language (elementary level) are outlined in the article.
