CAREER GUIDANCE MODEL FOR ARMENIA

In the context of the general globalization of the modern world, vocational guidance means combining two processes. First of all, an individual is perceived as a separate unit, and not part of a group, and, secondly, society becomes a community of people connected by a network of common interests that knows no boundaries. In the past, there was an opinion that the choice of a profession is justified only by the accumulation of a certain stock of knowledge, effective activity and work. Today, as an addition to all this, adaptability, flexibility, and self-government are considered paramount. The author addresses this and other questions.
