The article presents the results of an empirical study of the dynamics of self-conditioning monetary behavior and locus of control of different age groups. An experimental study using psychodiagnostic methods the locus of control and personality assessment questionnaire drawn up by the monetary behavior. A male and a female were involved in testing answering the questions of a special questionnaire, which revealed the characteristics of consumer behavior and the regulation of the budget during the period of the spill and its location
