Background. As a traditional Chinese medicine, rhubarb (also named Dahuang) is used to treat various diseases. Objective. To explore the possible antitumor mechanism of rhubarb by using network pharmacology and molecular docking in this study. Methods. Bioactive ingredients and related targets of rhubarb were obtained from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology (TCMSP) database. And the gene names corresponding to the proteins were found in the UniProt database. Then, the tumor-related targets were screened out from GeneCards and OMIM databases.
