THE ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PRACTICE OF INTERSTATE ORGANS FOR THE PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (CASES CONSIDERED BY THE COURTS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION)

ABSTRACT. In the article they reveal the current practice of the courts of the Russian Federation, concerning the implementation of international treaty bodes legal positions in the way of interpretation of the legislation of the Russian Federation, generally recognized principles and rules of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation. Particularly it says about the practice of the European Court on human rights, Human Rights Committee and Committee against Torturer. They also focus on the necessity to take into account the positions formulated in the framework of international nontreaty bodies especially by the special procedures of the Human Rights Council.
