Add to ORKG碩士論文(全文於2009/07/01公開)[[abstract]]現今利用Mobile Device看電視已成為一種可行的服務，目前全球的Mobile Digital TV系統中，DVB-H (Digital Video Broadcasting-Handheld)是主要的標準之一。DVB-H是結合數位電視與行動通訊兩者的新技術，可以讓Subscriber藉由Mobile Device隨時隨地取得多媒體資訊。本論文提出一個適用於DVB-H標準的廣播協定。在協定中，我們利用Greedy Approach將一部VBR編碼影片做排程來傳送影片。依據我們的方法可以更有效率的使用頻寬及有效降低Subscriber端的等待時間。[[abstract]]Watching TV by mobile devices can be realistic.
