07.02.2016 tarihine kadar kullanımı yazar tarafından kısıtlanmıştır.Bu çalışmada Aspergillus niger inulinaz enziminin immobilizasyonu için Concanavalin A (Con A) bağlı poli(etilen glikol dimetakrilat) [poli(EGDMA)] kriyojelleri kullanılmıştır. Bu amaçla, monolitik kriyojel kolon, monomer olarak EGDMA ve çapraz bağlayıcı olarak N-N'-metilen bisakrilamidin radikalik kriyokopolimerizasyonu ile hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra Con A, glutaraldehit aktivasyonuyla poli(EGDMA) kriyojeline kovalent olarak bağlanmıştır. Kriyojellerin karakterizasyonu FTIR, SEM, EDX ve şişme çalışmalarıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
