Theoretical predictions for $B \rightarrow X_{s}\gamma$ and $B \rightarrow K^*\gamma$

Upgraded theoretical predictions for inclusive and exclusive radiative decays of B-mesons are presented and compared with the experimental measurements. The results include those next-to-leading order corrections which have been already computed and use the most recent results of lattice calculations of the relevant form factors. In the Standard Model, the calculation of the inclusive rate gives BR(B _, X K*-y) from QCD sum rules and lattice calculations are also given
