Previous research has displayed that children with Down syndrome (Ds) may present challenges in these areas due to low neuromuscular function and overall joint laxity. The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of a 4 week ankle strengthening program on balance and functional movement in 3 individuals (ages 5-10) with Ds.
