PURPOSE: To investigate the effects of participation in adaptive sports on the physical self-perceptions of wheelchair athletes using the CY-PSPP instrument. METHODS: Subjects were 13 young male (n=7) and female (n=6) wheelchair athletes whose mean age was 204.769 ± 54.66 months. Two subjects exercised 30-89 min/week, 4 exercised 90-149 min/week, and 7 exercised 150+ min/week.
