Polymeric matrix with carbon based nanoparticle nanocomposites based on Poly(methyl methacrylate)/ Multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were prepared by solution/precipitation method. In the course of procedure dispersions of MWCNT in PMMA methyl ethyl ketone solution were sonicated followed by dispersions precipitation pouring into non-solvent, water. Both types of CNT materials were used such as pure MWCNT and the same MWCNT after their adequate surface treatment with help of oxidation/grafting of binding element/radical polymerization.
