Článek prezentuje studii mikroobrábění různých polymerních materiálů na CO2 laseru. Na základě experimentálního obrábění polymerních materiálů byly vyhodnoceny optimální kombinace vstupních parametrů ? výkonu a posuvu pro obrábění ABS a PMMA. Výstupní parametry rovněž sloužily jako vstup pro vyhodnocení distribuce laserového záření u CO2 laseru. Toto vyhodnocení bylo realizováno za pomoci mikroskopu MU ZEISS, na který byla nainstalována kamera a zhotovené snímky řezaných vzorků. Závěrečná lineární regrese s vyhodnocením distribuce záření byla realizována za pomoci software DATAFIT 8.Results of CO2 laser micro-machining research are presented in this paper.
