Personality characteristics as predictors for managers’ readiness to change. The purpose of this study was to establish the degree to which change readiness can be predicted by certain personality dimensions. A sample of 115 managers took part in the study. As a result of the multi- dimensional nature of the construct readiness for change, the prediction was administered through a canonical correlation.
