Prerequisites to guarantee life-long employability

In view of improvements in human resource management, it would seem of importance to find out to what extent their career performance is exemplary and whether it should be imitated. For this reason, this article discusses the relationship between five dimensions of professional expertise and the degree of future employability of 406 higher level employees.
