CONTRAINDICATIONS: Infection, neurological disorders, noncompliant patient. SURGICAL TECHNIQUE: Extraction of the loose femoral implant, cortical reconstruction using meshes if required, impaction bone grafting with special instruments, cement fixation of a polished tapered stem.
