中国における女性の就業・教育・政治参加 : 改革開放前後を中心に

The purpose of this article is to consider how the social environment surrounding women in China has changed as a result of the open-door reform policy, focusing on work, education and the political participation of women. It can be concluded that before the open-door policy, women's participation in the workforce and in politics had improved, and the number of female college students had increased temporarily as a result of emphasizing political position over academic ability as university entrance criteria. However, such “ achievements ” were the result of compulsory actions dictated by the government, and in the open-door era, in which specialized knowledge and skills are required, various problems have become apparent, such as women being viewed as an “inefficient” labor force and suffering disadvantage in employment due to a low level of education
