A research paper on fishing regulations in the Lake Kariba and how these regulations serve the economic interests of those who formulated them at the disadvantage of poor local rural communities on both sides of the lake, who should be benefiting from co-management of the lake by both Zambia & Zimbabwe Water Authorities.Tire purpose of this paper is to explore the manner in which fishing regulations in Zambia and Zimbabwe emerged.
