On the bottom is a card that states the print was made for the seventy-fifth anniversary of the delivery of the address.Many regard Lincoln's second inaugural speech as his most eloquent. He delivered it before thousands of spectators in the pouring rain on March 4, 1865. The war continued, but everyone knew the end was in sight.
