Panya Clark Espinal : The Visitor

Catalogue to accompany Espinal’s exhibition of sculptures incorporating found furniture and containers. Kerkham’s essay draws attention to how the miniature architectural spaces within these works appeal to the viewer’s imagination. The author also considers the “emptiness” of the sculptures in relation to notions of expectation/desire and public/private space.
