Variable potential of relationship between language and philosophy is extremely lengthy and heuristic: the language and philosophy can be both a subject and object of such relationships, a tool and objective, a function and instrument. The most attractive research problem is linguistic resources of philosophy, methods and styles of its representation. One of the most effective ways to determine the nature and essential features of language – to explore it as a way of being and form of culture and creativity. The existing realities of language activity provide expression to features and patterns of language tools, outline the potential of language. The thesis outlines the instrumental potential of a language as a form which reflects the content of the social and cultural life. The language ability to structure social space and regulate social relations is analyzed. The problematic factors that caused the linguistic sphere are classified. The factors which actualize the complex of language problems for philosophy have been identified. The decisive meaning of linguistic problems importance for philosophy is dictated by the circumstance of language experience domination over the relativity of all existential conceptions as it covers each existence no matter what connection (correlation) it is in. The language character of the world’s experience precedes everything that is cognized and expressed by a human being. The cognition and expression subject is a priory surrounded by the language horizon. Iconic and symbolic aspect of language reflects its intrinsic characteristics and functional tool options. The primary purpose of language is to provide meaning. This procedure is a cultural fact, a product of culture. Significant contribution to the treasury of language culture is dialogue. However, the most valuable incentive and creative resource has always been figurativeness. Information and communication space of human society needs linguistic resources to achieve its objectives and perform its functions. At the same time, this space makes a significant impact on the language and is an essential determinant of linguistic evolution, sets guidelines for establishing a culture of communication. Myth and language are in close functional interdependence. On the one hand, myth realizes its potential through verbal articulation. On the other hand, language often uses mythological interpretative tools. Since the mythological way of message representations is quite acceptable for a considerable range of social consciousness, the language does not consider it appropriate to ignore the mythological possibility of articulation. However, there is a problem of public consciousness dependency on the mythological automatisms of a worldview - and the further the more it escalates. Is a research of an integral philosophical and educational paradigm of the linguistic picture of the world, which represents tendencies and priority ways of forming of this picture as a representative of worldview and vital values of a personality by means of education and upbringing. In the research the linguistic picture of the world is defined in a philosophical and educational dimension for the first time, the interaction between rational and irrational cognition forms in the making of this picture, its role in forming of creative, humanitarianly directed linguistic picture of the world are studied; the specificity of its formation at the level of the general (the national language), particular (the language of a social group) and singular (the linguistic picture of the world of a personality) is analysed. Scientific, physical and labour, moral and ethical components of the linguistic picture are characterized as means of representation of the conceptual picture of the world, which is perceived by a young generation in the context of basic directions of an educational and upbringing process, such as rational, physical and labour, moral and ethical ones. In the dissertation work the efficiency of subject-subject educational and upbringing paradigm in the making of the linguistic picture of the world is grounded; its formation peculiarity as a factor of the young generation national identity maintenance under the conditions of globalization is illustrated. Вариативный потенциал взаимоотношений между языком и философией чрезвычайно обширный и эвристический: и язык, и философия могут быть как субъектом, так и объектом таких отношений, как средством, так и целью, как функцией, так и инструментом. Наиболее привлекательной исследовательской проблемой является языковой ресурс философии, способы и стили ее репрезентации. Один из наиболее эффективных способов выяснить природу и сущностные признаки языка – исследовать его как способ бытия и форму культуротворчества. Бытийные реалии речевой деятельности придают выразительность особенностям и закономерностям языкового инструментария, определяют потенциал языковых средств. Обосновано, что язык является чрезвычайно важным инструментом отражения и познания окружающего мира. Он образует знаковую систему, которая обеспечивает процесс коммуникации, является важнейшим средством общения, тем основанием, на котором выстраиваются человеческие отношения и социальная структура общества. Выяснен диапазон факторов, которые актуализируют языковую проблематику для философии. Решающее значение на актуальность языковой проблематики для философии имеет то обстоятельство, что языковой опыт доминирует над относительностью всех жизненных осмыслений, поскольку охватывает собой каждое бытие, в какой бы связи (соотношении) оно не появлялось. Языковой характер опыта мира предшествует всему, что человек познает и выражает, а то, которое является предметом познания и высказывание, априори окруженное горизонтом языка. Знаково-символический аспект языка отражает его сущностные признаки и функционально-инструментальные возможности. Первоочередная цель языка – придание смысла. Эта процедура является культурным фактом, продуктом культуры. Весомым вкладом в сокровищницу культуры является диалог. Однако самым ценным побудительным и креативным ресурсом всегда была образность. Информационно-коммуникативное пространство общества требует языковых средств для достижения своей цели и выполнения своих функций. Вместе с тем он оказывает существенное влияние на язык, является существенной детерминантой языковой эволюции, задает критериальные ориентиры для становления коммуникативной культуры. Определяется языковая картина мира в философско-образовательном плане, изучаются взаимодействие рациональной и иррациональной форм познания в процессе становления этой картины, ее роль в формировании креативной, гуманитарно-направленной языковой картины мира; анализируется специфика ее образования на уровне общего (национальный язык), отдельного (язык социальной группы) и единичного (языковая картина мира личности). Научный, физически трудовой и морально-этический компоненты языковой картины характеризуются как средства репрезентации концептуальной картины мира, которая постигается молодым поколениям в контексте основных направлений учебно-воспитательного процесса – интеллектуального, физически-трудового, морально-этического.Варіативний потенціал взаємин між мовою і філософією надзвичайно розлогий і евристичний: і мова, і філософія можуть бути як суб’єктом, так і об’єктом таких взаємин, як засобом, так і метою, як функцією, так і інструментом.
