The study focuses on modeling the price of building land by the hedonic approach in the Liège and Charleroi areas, Belgium. We test a lot of location variables in addition to some structural variables to define their influence on price formation. We show that the location variables have a more or less important role, sometimes questionable, and we discuss these results.
