A research is currently carried out in Gembloux Agro Bio-Tech (AgricultureIsLife platform) to develop a method based on eliciting agents, tested in greenhouse and field conditions, to protect winter wheat against Septoria tritici Blotch (STB) and Fusarium head Blight (FHB). In this frame of work, the development of an efficient protocol to infect wheat plants is elementary for the following tests of elicitor screening. We present here the STB disease infection methodology on winter wheat and the related results.
