The fixation of combined mandibular fractures, especially symphyseal-condylar fractures, although occurring commonly and having a higher complication rate in the clinic, is rarely investigated regarding predictable therapeutic approaches. Thus this study's aim was to assess different forms of condylar fixation when combined with symphyseal fracture fixation.
