Care and education: understandings built in supervised internship context in Early Childhood Education.

The thesis investigates the understanding of care and education of trainee academics and mentoring teachers, built in the context of supervised internship, having as an empirical field the graduation course in Pedagogy of the University State of West Parana, campus of Francisco Beltrão - PR. The problem arises from the questions about the “formative contribution” to the formation of the teacher of early child education, made by the teachers of the course. Selected a as institutional documents (Project politic-pedagogic and Plans of teaching of the disciplines), pedagogic documents (Report of background of Teaching Practice and Research under shape of Supervision Stage III and Articles produced by stage academics), as well as interviews with teachers guiding supervised stages of third year of the course investigated. The theoretical base support understanding of care and education from its etymology, Brazilian educational legislation, institutions of early childhood education and teacher training, in addition to the theoretical-pedagogical perspectives: Pedagogic critical historic, bearing with main author Saviani (2013), Arce e Martins (2009) e Marsíglia (2013), and the Pedagogy childhood, with base in the studies of Arendt (2011), Montenegro (2001), Guimarães (2011), Nörnberg (2008; 2016) and Dahlberg, Moss, Pence (2003). This study involves the provocations of the researcher as teacher trainer undergoing initial training in what concerns the training of nursery school teachers, based on the theoretical approach, analyze the empirical data, composing a body of elements that evidence understandings and culminate in Thesis that the understanding of care and education built in a supervised stage context is structured, unstructured and restructured from contact with children from 0 to 3 years old. The analyses explain the care and education as singular comprehension of academic trainer that finds space of education infantile and is related by infantile ideas, children, teacher formations, pedagogic action, institution infantile education and play. In the contact with child in the space of education infantile that produces condition to think and render problematic the teacher formation in Pedagogic course, reflecting actions, holds and formation possibilities. The handle generates reflection, understanding evidenced from the etymology of care and education and presented both in the analysis of the documents and in interview’s done. The thesis still shows that not only academics trainees, but also guiding teachers and the researcher deconstruct and restructured understandings of care and education in contexts of supervised internship to make themselves look at the child as a child, for example, and to extend their ideas of care and education, child education institution and educational action as elements that constitute the teacher formation for early child education.Sem bolsaA tese investiga as compreensões de cuidado e educação de acadêmicos estagiários e professores orientadores, construídas em contexto de estágio supervisionado, tendo como campo empírico o curso de graduação em Pedagogia da Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná, campus de Francisco Beltrão-PR. A problemática surge do questionamento sobre o “aporte formativo” para a formação do professor de educação infantil, feito pelos docentes do curso. Seleciono como dados de tese documentos institucionais do curso (Projeto Político-Pedagógico do Curso de Pedagogia e Planos de Ensino das disciplinas), documentos pedagógicos (Relatos de Experiência da Prática de Ensino e Pesquisa sob Forma de Estágio Supervisionado III e artigos produzidos pelos acadêmicos estagiários), além de entrevistas com professores orientadores dos estágios supervisionados do 3º ano do curso investigado. A base teórica apresenta compreensões de cuidado e educação a partir de sua etimologia, da legislação educacional brasileira, das instituições de educação infantil e formação de professores, além das perspectivas teórico-pedagógicas: a pedagogia histórico-crítica, tendo como principais autores Saviani (2013), Arce e Martins (2009) e Marsiglia (2013), e as pedagogias da infância, com base nos estudos de Arendt (2011), Montenegro (2001), Guimarães (2011), Nörnberg (2008; 2016) e Dahlberg, Moss, Pence (2003). Este estudo envolve as provocações da pesquisadora enquanto formadora de professores em curso de formação inicial no que se refere à formação de professores de educação infantil para, cotejada pela abordagem teórica, analisar os dados empíricos, compondo um corpo de elementos que evidenciam entendimentos e culminam na tese de que a compreensão de cuidado e educação construída em contexto de estágio supervisionado é estruturada, desestruturada e reestruturada a partir do contato com as crianças de 0 a 3 anos. As análises explicitam o cuidado e a educação como compreensões singulares dos estagiários acadêmicos que se encontram em espaços da educação infantil e que estão imbricadas pelas ideias de infância, criança, formação de professores, ação pedagógica, instituição de educação infantil e brincar. É no contato com as crianças nas instituições de educação infantil que se pensa e problematiza a formação de professores em cursos de pedagogia em suas ações, limitações e possibilidades formativas. O cuidar gera reflexão, compreensão evidenciada a partir da etimologia do cuidado e da educação e apresentada tanto nas análises dos documentos como nas entrevistas realizadas. A tese releva ainda que não apenas acadêmicos estagiários, mas também professores orientadores e a pesquisadora desestruturam e reestruturam compreensões de cuidado e educação em contextos de estágio supervisionado ao possibilitarem-se olhar a criança como criança, por exemplo, e ao ampliarem suas ideias de cuidado e educação, instituição de educação infantil e ação pedagógica como elementos constituidores da formação de professores para a educação infantil
