Background and aims: The conflict between values transforms a situation or problem into an ethical challenge. Due to high workload, nurses are frequently confronted with the ethical challenges and despite having different specialities, they are incapable of confronting ethical challenges. The aim of this study was to investigate ethical challenges in nursing profession.
