The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in several challenges for people and organizations around the world. When the virus spread across countries, more and more people got advised to work from home to reduce the spread of infection. Even though the pandemic might have come to an end in the future, the remote work has become the new era that is here to stay. This is due to the various benefits that comes with working from home. With this in mind, we wanted to analyze how organizations and leaders have experienced the remote work. Furthermore, this thesis will examine which desired leadership qualities there is within remote work and how leaders can improve the organizational culture in a remote work.
