This email was sent to the Whittier College community on May 17, 2021. The email discusses the changes to vaccine requirements for students, faculty, staff, and contracted workers for the upcoming academic year. Students must submit proof of full vaccination before being allowed into residence halls, however, there is an exemption request if students are unable to receive the vaccine. International students must also provide their immunization records from local public health officials. Faculty, staff, and contracted workers must also submit proof of their full vaccination. The same exemptions are extended to employees, but with fewer exemptions
