The change of lipid spectrum in patients with thyroid disfunctions

(Conducător ştiinţific – Zinaida Alexa , dr., asistent universitar) Catedra Endocrinologie USMF ,,Nicolae Testemiţanu’’The study included 230 patients cards (117 patients with thyrotoxicosis and 113 with hypothyroidism), patients in wham lipid metabolism indices were determined. Lipid spectrum shows significant changes in patients with thyroid disfunctions. The cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL-chol values are decreased in thyrotoxicosis. In hypothyroidism there is an evident increase of cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL- chol values. HDL-cholesterol remains unchainges. Studiul efectuat a inclus 230 fişe de observaţie, (117 pacienţi cu tireotoxicoză şi 113 cu hipotiroidie), la care au fost determinaţi indicii metabolismului lipidic. Spectrul lipidic prezintă modificări semnificative în cadrul disfuncţiilor tiroidiene. În tireotoxicoză se evidenţiază o tendinţă de diminuare a colesterolului, trigliceridelor şi LDL- colesterolului. În hipotiroidie se determină o tendinţă de creştere a colesterolului, trigliceridelor şi LDL- colesterolului. HDLcolesterol a rămas nemodificat
