The exposed problem requests doctor’s intercession for giving to patient the concord between the body and soul. The religions refuse categorical the sex modification in any aspect. The contemporary society needs some rules, bioethical norms that can regulate these phenomena that we meet frequently in our days. Not an common opinion exists about the transsexualism problem still now, a group of scientists think that the people with fake identification should change their sex in physiological aspect, too, others think that fake identification is caused of incorrect education. Studiul abordează aspectele bioetice şi religioase ale transsexualismului. Problema expusă solicită intervenţia medicului pentru a reda subiectului armonia dintre corp şi spirit. Adepţii doctrinei religioase refuză categoric modificarea sexului sub orice aspect. Societatea contemporană reclamă nevoia de reguli, de norme bioetice ce ar reglementa aceste fenomene care astăzi le întâlnim destul de frecvent. Până în prezent nu există o părere univocă vizavi de problema transsexualismului, un grup de savanţi consideră că persoanele cu identitate falsă trebuie să-şi schimbe sexul lor şi sub aspect fiziologic, alţii din contra consideră că identitatea falsă este provocată de o educaţie eronată
