Abstract

Introduction: Cervical cancer is the fourth most common type of cancer worldwide and is the third leading cause of death in women. Conservative surgical treatment, that preserves menstrual function and fertility, has become a standard for young women, especially nulliparous women, with early-stage disease. Worldwide, of all patients operated on by radical trachealectomy with or without lymphadenectomy, 60% of pregnancies were full-term pregnancies.
