Etiopathogenic role of throat microbial flora in chronic tonsillitis

Catedra Otorinolaringologie, USMF “ Nicolae Testemiţanu”Chronic tonsillitis is one of the basic problems of otorhinolaryngology practice worldwide. One of the main etiopathogenic factors in the development of chronic tonsillitis is the microbial factor. Examining sources of literature we can say that throat microbial flora is quite diverse and can be found as a monoculture, as well as combinations of microorganisms. In case of chronic tonsillitis was appreciated that in the pharynx more frequently were found Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, hemolytic streptococcus group B, diplococi and tetracoci, mycelium of the genus Candida. Amigdalita cronică este una din problemele de bază ale practicii otorinolaringologice mondiale. Unul din factorii etiopatogenetici principali în dezvoltarea amigdalitei cronice este cel microbian. Examinînd sursele de literatură putem să spunem că microflora faringiană este destul de variată şi poate să se întîlnească atît ca monofloră, cît şi combinaţii de microorganisme. În caz de amigdalită cronică s-a apreciat, mai des în faringe se întîlnesc stafilococul aureus, stafilococul epidermidis, streptococul B hemolitic, diplococi şi tetracoci, miceliile din genul Candida
