Внекишечные проявления воспалительных заболеваний кишечника у детей

Summary: The purpose of the proposed study was to assess extraintestinal manifestations in children with infl ammatory bowel diseases, in order to adjust the therapeutic behavior to the evolutionary period of the disease and the presence of extraintestinal manifestations. The study was prospective and included patients admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology, Institute of Mother and Child Care in the period 2010-2012, with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease. Of 41 children included in the study, 21 (51.2%) were diagnosed with extraintestinal manifestations, of which 13 (61.9%) children had an extraintestinal manifestation, 5 (23.8%) children had 2 manifestations and 3 (14.28%) children presented only three manifestations in various combinations. Joints affection was predominant, being present in 9 (22%) children, mucocutaneous manifestations were recorded in 6 (14.6%) children, hematologic manifestations were present in 18 (43.9%) patients and hepatobiliary manifestations were revealed in 1 (2.4%) patient.Резюме: Задачей настоящего исследования было изучение внекишечных проявлений у детей, страдающих воспалительными кишечными заболеваниями, в целях выявления оптимального терапевтического ведения больных в зависимости от эволюционного периода развития заболевания и наличия внекишечных проявлений. Исследование было проспективным и включило пациентов, находившихся на лечении в отделении гастроэнтерологии Института Охраны Материнства и Детства на протяжении 2010-2012 годов, с диагнозом язвенного колита или болезнью Крона. Из 41 ребенка, включенных в исследование, в 21 (51,2%) случае были выявлены внекишечные проявления, из которых у 13 (61,9%) детей было по одному внекишечному проявлению, у 5 (23,8%) – по 2 проявления и у 3 (14,28%) детей – по 3 проявления в различных сочетаниях. Среди внекишечных проявлений преобладали суставные поражения, обнаруженные у 9 (22,0%) детей, за ними следовали кожно-слизистые проявления – у 6 (14,6%), гематологические проявления – у 18 (43,9%) пациентов и гепатобилиарные проявления – у 1 (2,4%) пациента
