Лечение эсенциальной артериальной гипертензии у детей

The pharmacological therapy is usually limited in children and adolescents, but from the moment the target organs are affected, the antihypertensive drug treatment must be initiated. Aim: Evaluation of the treatment effi cacy appreciation in children with essential arterial hypertension depending on the type of the applied treatment. Material and methods: Eighty children were included in this study – 54 (67,5%) boys and (32,5%) - girls with EAHT, aged from 10 to 18 years. Children were divided into two groups depending on the applied treatment: the first group - nonpharmacological treatment (n=29) and the second group followed nonpharmacological and pharmacological treatment (n =51). Results: After the followed treatment during the hospitalization period the blood pressure (BP) values reduced up to the target level in 15 (51,7%) patients from the fi rst studied group and in 16 (31,4%) children from the second group. The evaluation at a month follow-up visit estimated that in 7 (25%) patients from the fi rst group and 12 (33,3%) from the second group the BP data achieved the target level. After three months BP index reachet the target level in 6 (27,3%) children from the fi rst studied group and in 22 (73,3%) patients from the second group, (p<0,01). Children’s examination at 6 months, follow-up revealed that BP index achieved the target level in 7 (33,3%) children from the first group and in 23 (76,7%) patients from the second group. Conclusions: It was observed that after the administered treatment in a month the BP index achieved the normal level in 29,7 % of cases, after three months - in 53,8% of cases and after 6 months - in 58,8% of cases. These results were seen in children who followed the drug therapy and showed a good compliance with the administered treatment.Введение: Лечение эсенциальной артериальной гипертензии (ЭАГ) основано на соблюдении диетотерапии, физической активности, снижении массы тела и модификации сердечно-сосудистых факторов риска. Лекарственная терапия, как правило, ограничена у детей, но в случаи повреждения органов-мишеней, необходимо назначить гипотензивные препараты. Цель: Определение эффективности немедикаментозной и медикаментозной терапии у детей с ЭАГ. Материал и методы: В исследование были включены 80 детей с ЭАГ в возрасте от 10 до 18 лет: 54 (67,5%) мальчикоа и 26 (32,5%) девочек. Пациенты были госпитализированы в отделение детской кардиологии Института Матери и Ребенка. Обследованные дети были разделены на две группы в зависимости от проводимого лечения. В первой группе назначалось немедикаментозное лечение (n=29), а во второй группе – немедикаментозное и медикаментозное лечение (n=51). Результаты: По окончанию стационарного лечения уровень артериального давления (АД) нормализовался у 15 (51,7%) детей в I группе и у 16 (31,4%) детей во II группе. Определение АД через месяц выявило, что у 7 (25%) больных в I группе и у 12 (33,3%) детей во II группе АД достигло целевых показателей.
