Introduction – ObjectiveWe know today that newborns are capable of feeling pain and that even healthy term newborns are bound to undergo painful procedures during the neonatal period.The main goal of this study was to better the understanding of how newborns pain was managed in the delivery ward as well as in the maternity ward. The second goal was to elaborate some new tools to improve the medical management of pain.
