Hydrops fetalis is a rare disease characterized by fluid accumulation in the serous cavities and soft tissues. One of the most common causes is anemia. This is responsible for up to 12% of cases. We describe the case of a pregnant woman with non-immune hydrops fetalis secondary to fetal anemia and a review of the literature in this regard.Case description. A 30-year-old G1P0 pregnant woman with a 22-week pregnancy who underwent an ultrasound evaluation a syndromic diagnosis of non-immune hydrops fetalis and fetal anemia was confirmed as its cause.
