[ES]: Se ha estudiado el efecto de la adición de un preparado enzimático a raciones a base de cebada sobre distintos parámetros productivos y la calidad de la canal en pollos de aptitud cárnica. La concentración de 13-glucanos en la cebada fue de 3,97 % . Los tratamientos utilizados fueron: T-1 (control maíz-soja); T-2 (control cebada-soja); T-3 (T-2 más 150 ppm de enzima); T-4 (T-2 más 300 ppm de enzima). La inclusión del enzima a concentraciones de 150 y 300 ppm mejoró signifcativamente el peso vivo y el índice de transformación de las aves a los 28 y 49 días de edad, así como el consumo de agua a los 21 y 49 días.
