The title of this writing is The Legal Aspects of Code River Protection From Pollution in Yogyakarta Based on number 38 of 2011 Regarding Rivers. The river has an important role in human survival, which is one of the ecosystems that must be preserved. The river has a border which aims to build a beautiful riverfront area, full of plants, birds chirping, and clear water flowing with various types of fishes making it comfortable and peaceful. Environmental pollution makes the existing ecosystems in rivers polluted so that it disrupts the running of ecosystems around the river. The purpose of this study is to learn The Legal Aspects of Code River Protection from Pollution in Yogyakarta Based on Number 38 of 2011 Regarding Rivers. The research method used is empirical with the data analysis method that is descriptive qualitative.
