PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN (Studi Regresi di SMA Negeri 1 dan SMA Negeri 2 Kecamatan Argamakmur)

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work discipline and work stress on teacher performance in learning (Regression Study in State 1 High School and State 2 High School, Argamakmur Distric). The method used is regression with quantitative approach type. The sample of study was 53 teahersof state 1 High School and 2 High School,Aramakmur Distric. Data processing technigues using product moment correlation, determination, and regression (simple and multiple). The rwaukt showed that the relationship between work discipline and work stress on teachers performance in learning was in the moderate category. The lowest effect of the three variables is work stress. Recommendatins generally need to improve the quality of teachers performance through training, workshops, and academic qualifications.
