Parents are the steppingstones of mental and academic development of any child. This study aimed to investigate parental support of a mother or a father and its relationship with mental stability and the impact it has on academic performance. N (102) males and females were recruited to take part in a 50-question survey using the Perceived Parental Support - PASS- scale (Mageau et al., 2015). and the Mental Health Inventory – MHI Scale (Veit & Ware, 1983).
