The thesis presents an analysis of apartments that were sold on free market, for the period between 1. 1. 2007 and 1. 6. 2015. Data was taken from the real estate register. Analyses of the annual transactions volume in Slovenia were realised for each year, as well as analyses by statistical regions and municipalities. Further on, we made a more detailed analysis of apartments sold in city municipalities. On the basis of representative transactions (transactions that met certain criteria) we analysed transactions volume, selling prices per square meter, selling prices of apartments, floor area and year of construction of the sold apartments. Finally, we compared the analysed parameters for all city municipalities together and discussed trend...
