PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP DRIVER GRAB BIKE ATAS ORDERAN FIKTIF MENURUT UNDANG-UNDANG NO.8 TAHUN 1999 TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN (STUDI DI PAGUYUBAN GRAB TULUNGAGUNG

This research is motivated by the losses experienced by driver grab caused by bad intentions from consumers, so the researchers examined and analyzed how the form of legal protection against grab bike drivers for fictitious orders in Paguyupan grabs tulungagung according to consumer protection law. Formulation of the problem in this research is how to regulate the rights owned by the grab driver and how to regulate the obligations that should be carried out by the grab driver. As for who purpose of this study is to determine the limits of rights owned by the driver grab and the limitation of obligations between consumers and drivers. The method used in this research is sociological juridical. Data collection technique used in this study were interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results in this study can be concluded that fictitious orders are fake orders made by consumers who have bad intentions, resulting in drivers experiencing some losses, in practice fictional orders are the same as non-fictional orders. It's just that if a fictitious passenger or customer cannot be contacted either via the chat application, telephone or WhatsApp, this causes the rights of a driver to not be fully fulfilled. The obligation that should be carried out by the driver is in the form of a policy made by the application provider where this policy is not in line with the rights owned by the driver.Which results in the obligations that should be done by the diver not being fulfilled by the driver
